Service Department
Service is the corner of our business. J.L. Prevention Plus Inc./North Royalton Power Equipment Co. was founded by a technician in 1995. The service department occupies 70% of the facility. We realize the value of having technicians you can trust. Our technicians combined have over 77 years of experience in power equipment industries. All of the technicians are certified, attend factory training, and update schools annually. Demo units are available to Scag customers who engage in our "zero down time policy," call store for detail. Generally, Scag Power Equipment and Boss Snow Plows are repaired the same day they arrive at our shop.
